Can I apply for a position? Team applications are currently closed. We usually advertise on Instagram, when open.
Do you do ads? We are currently 100% independent and ad-free.
Where did the old blog content go? After switching hosting platforms, we left behind a lot of archived content, and posts dating back from 2016. To access them, you can head to purenowherearchive.com!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order is placed, please allow 1-6 days for order fulfilment (the time it takes us to process + pack your order). Expected shipping timeframes are 3-10 days for Australian delivery, and up to 4 weeks for International delivery. Covid-19 continues to impact shipping worldwide, so these times are subject to change and delay.
Always read the product listing carefully - sometimes specific items are on pre-order or have shipping delays for other reasons.
Why is International shipping so expensive?
Shipping prices are entirely out of our control and calculated by our shipping carriers. We subsidise International shipping substantially and check regularly to ensure we’re offering the best price we can. Australia is rather far away from the rest of the world, unfortunately!
Do you offer untracked shipping?
We only offer tracked shipping. Your tracking number is always available on request.
Do you offer refunds?
As a small business, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds. In the event your order arrives damaged, please get in touch and we’ll sort it out. If your order doesn’t arrive at all, we may offer a refund and/or post a new item out to you, depending on the circumstances of the lost package.
What’s your policy on International custom charges?
We accept no responsibility for international custom charges or import fees - these are at the discretion of your country, and it’s best to look them up before you purchase internationally from us, so you’re not surprised by any possible fees.

When will I know if my submission’s been accepted?
We endeavour to respond to all emails in a timely fashion, but life tends to get in the way. If your submission is accepted for publication, you should know within 1-2 weeks.
Can I submit more than once?
Of course! However, please don’t submit the same submission twice.
If my work is published on Pure Nowhere, can I publish it elsewhere too?
Yes! We do not own your work, and you’re free to publish wherever else you’d like.
