A few days back, Triathalon, Inner Wave, and L. Martin played a sold out show at the House of Blues, enrapturing the entire crowd with their sets.
It’s a Saturday night at the House of Blues in beautiful Downtown San Diego, as I had the chance to talk to a couple of band members from the San Fran rock band, Hot Flash Heat Wave. I quickly gathered that this group clearly has some kind of dynamic as one, must be because of the fact that the whole crew is a pack of Aries. “We’re allergic to boredom”, they say as they try to explain their creativity.
Jasmine Bailey is an independent artist that you’re going to want to have on your radar this year. This last Friday night she played to friends and fans at the House of Blues in San Diego, followed by an invite only private house show. She played songs off of her most recent album, Wild Woman (listen here), as well as brand new unreleased material. Her beautiful voice and warm moody vibes make her music truly unique and inspiring, and her strong and independent personality really stands out when she is up on stage. Her love of music and art shine through in everything she does, and she truly deserves every bit of success life brings to her and her musical career. Jasmine is going on a west coast tour this spring, find tour dates and sign up for her mailing list to stay in the loop! –> https://www.jasminebaileymusic.com/ <— Support local artists and buy her music and go see her play around town. Returning to San Diego after their single release, ‘Heart’, Slow Hollows delivered a hard hitting close for the Thursday night. Supported by Bad Kids and Raener, the crowd swayed from surf-punk to electro-pop between each set.
On May 23rd, 2017, at the House of Blues in San Diego, hundreds of fans lined up to see the British rock band, Catfish and the Bottlemen. With the tour bus parked out front and fans lining up since 7AM, it was evident that this was going to be a night to remember.
