Hot Flash Heat Wave Runs Deep

It’s a Saturday night at the House of Blues in beautiful Downtown San Diego, as I had the chance to talk to a couple of band members from the San Fran rock band, Hot Flash Heat Wave. I quickly gathered that this group clearly has some kind of dynamic as one, must be because of the fact that the whole crew is a pack of Aries. “We’re allergic to boredom”, they say as they try to explain their creativity.

BILLIE EILISH @ THE OBSERVATORY

As the music industry’s rising it-girl, Billie Eilish is quickly becoming a household name. Her “take no shit” attitude and smooth, angelic vocals are just two aspects of this artist’s iconic magnetism, something that even the toughest critics can’t ignore. The 16 year old is already making headlines with the success of her debut album, “Don’t Smile at Me,”
and countless number of sold-out tour dates.

Rob – Bass, “I once tied the course record for hole-in-ones (8) at Giggle Ridge, a highly reputable mini-golf establishment just outside of Vancouver.” Graham – Guitar, “I’ve seen the Sasquatch.” Sean – Keyboard, “I thought I saw a Sasquatch once but it was actually my neighbor. I was probably 7 or 8 and it really scared me.” Daniel – Drums,  “Once busking on the sidewalk in Magrathea waiting for the answer to the ultimate question of all time, I got lured to join a band, I left and still got the answer: 42.”   Jamie – Vocals, “I’m clearly the only person in this band …
